At our Club Meeting on Thursday 11th March 2010 our speaker was Denise Arstall, Manager of the Alzheimers Society Wakefield and Five Towns Branch.

We heard of the very good work that the Society does in support of people with dementia and their families.

Denise was brilliant, speaking from the heart and without notes, she displayed great knowledge and passion for her subject.

The Alzheimers Society is one of Phoenix President Nick Hunter\'s charities for his year in office and the Club was proud to present her with a £650 cheque for the Society.
